Please take a few minutes to review our Shipping & Returns Policy. When you use, order, or buy from www.lynnemwhite.com or direct from Lynne M. White, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Shipping & Returns Policy terms and conditions mentioned herein.

SHIPPING
Downloadable Products
All downloadable products are provided online at the time your order is processed. When you purchase at www.lynnemwhite.com you are asked assigned an account using your email address. Your Purchase Receipt email will have a link and password referencing your email address for your member account. The link takes you to the Your Account Sign In page of www.lynnemwhite.com. Enter the email address and password to access your downloadable product(s). You are provided up to 3 download attempts over 48 hours to successful download the product one (1) time.

Shipping Method
We offer USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping for all orders with the exception of downloadable products, which are provided online at the time your order is processed via a link and password. The USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping conditions and our conditions and exceptions below apply to all orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All shipping rates are in U.S. dollars. Shipping rates are applied based on the total cost of your order (before taxes) and the shipping destination (i.e. shipping address), as shown in the three Shipping Tables below: Domestic (Continental US Only), International (Mexico/Canada), and International (Other Countries).

The Shipping Rates were calculated based on the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, “If it Fits, It Ships for One Low Rate.” service. These shipping rates are the exact amount charged by the USPS for this type of mail service. Our shipping rate ranges are based on the fewest number of products to the largest number of product(s) that can fit in each mail carton (envelope, small box, medium box, and large box), because that is what it costs our company. There is no markup, handling charge, or additional fees in our shipping rates. Please note that we round up to the nearest mill for all calculations such as order amount, shipping rate, etc.

Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S. Only)
We ship to the Continental U.S. only. Domestic orders to California destinations incur a California Sales Tax of 8.25% (effective July 2009) that is applied to the total product order. There is no sales tax on orders to all other states in the Continental U.S. states.

The estimated delivery time for Continental U.S. orders is 2 to 3 business days in most cases after our 2 day processing time. Special or large orders may take 5 to 10 business days.

International Shipping (Mexico / Canada)
We ship to Mexico and Canada. There is no sales tax applied to international orders. All international orders are subject to credit card approval and mailing verification. Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or customs charges.

Some international deliveries may take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks due to your country’s Customs Inspection and the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and other fees over which Lynne M. White has no control.

Lynne M. White will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at the customer’s local customs office. If customs duties or taxes are assessed, these are in addition to the shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility, and must be paid directly by the customer. No refunds or reshipments will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

International Shipping (Other Countries)

We ship Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm PST, pending availability, as well as mailing address and credit verification on all orders.

Payment Options
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards only for all online purchases using Authorize.net Secure Shopping. We apologize for any inconvenience if you are not a card carrying member of these entities. You represent and warrant that if You are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that: (i) any credit information You supply is true and complete; (ii) charges incurred by You will be honored by Your credit card company; and (iii) You will pay the charges incurred by You at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or related charges to Your purchase.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder or your order when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order according to the conditions below by calling 503-716-6485. We do not accept cancellations via email. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from www.lynnemwhite.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items is passed to you, the purchaser and customer, upon our delivery to the carrier, in this case the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders Damaged in Shipping
We take all necessary precautions to package our products properly. However, accidents sometimes happen in the course of shipping. If your product(s) are damaged or broken, please contact us immediately via phone at 503-716-6485.

Lost Shipment
Because the USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail service provides no guarantees, Lynne M. White cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders shipped using the USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail service option. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the order. Lynne M. White nor the USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail service will not be held responsible for lost shipment as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the U.S. Mail for supplying an incorrect e-mail address.

RETURNS
Events
Event registration purchases, online or direct, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-returnable, except with the following conditions:

Refunds for Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event must be postponed or canceled for any reason by Lynne M. White, every effort will be made to notify those who have pre-registered and have provided a contact phone number or email address. In addition, canceled events will be publicized on the Lynne M. White website and a voice recording provided on 503-716-6485, as quickly as possible.

If an event must be postponed or canceled for any reason by Lynne M. White, it will be rescheduled. All Registrants will be notified of the new event date and registration fees transferred to the new event date. Registrants who cannot attend the new event date due to schedule conflicts will be permitted to send a substitute in his or her place (see Substitution Conditions) or transfer to the next available date for that same event. In this case, Registrants must attend the event within 12 months of the rescheduled event date or forfeit the registration fee. Transferring registration fees between different events is not permitted.

No Show Conditions
Registrants who are “no-shows” for an event will not qualify for a refund. In lieu of forfeiting a registration, a Registrant may send a substitute in his or her place (see Substitution Conditions).

Substitution Conditions
One substitute is permitted for a single paid registration for any single event. Notify Lynne M. White at least 48 hours in advance of the event. Lynne M. White reserves the right to decline any substitution at its sole discretion.

In the event you need to return an item or product, please review the following conditions and instructions:

Returns Conditions
Lynne M. White offers items and products such as CDs, DVDs, books, downloads, or other materials for purchase via the internet and direct. You may return items and products such as CDs, DVDs, books, downloads, or other materials sold through this web site or direct from Lynne M. White, within 30 days of the shipping date (online purchases) or purchase date (direct purchases) based on the terms and conditions of this Returns Policy.

Items must be returned in new (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, order components, promotional items, instruction manuals, or other materials included. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb” you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents. If something is missing, its value will be deducted from the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. A 25% administration fee will be applied to all orders returned to us without a copy of the order, packing/picking slip or a reference to the order number.

Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 30 days of the shipping date (online purchases) or purchase date (direct purchases). This means that an item must be in sellable, as new condition.

We also reserve the right to charge a restocking or exchange fee of up to 15% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products, as well any return that does note follow our Return Instructions. The restocking fee may be waived if you place a replacement order of equal or greater value at our online store at the time of return, not necessarily for the same item.

How to Return an Item (Return Instructions)
We have created a hassle-free Return process with step-by-step instructions for your convenience. To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

Return Instructions:

    1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or package. Pack the item securely using as much of the original packing material as possible. Please remember to include all the contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order.
    2. Include the original shipping label and Product Receipt with your name, address and order number.
    3. On the back of the original Product Receipt, indicate the reason you are returning the item.
    4. Call us at 503-716-6485 and tell us that you are returning your order.
    5. Ship the return item(s) using carriers that offer delivery notification such as UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. Please be sure to insure the package for full value of the merchandise. The merchandise is still your property until it reaches our facility and we are not responsible for any shipping damages occurring at this point. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Delays in your return or refund will occur if your return is incomplete. In addition, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise before it reaches our facility and it signed for by one of our Team Members.

How Returns are Processed
If your return meets the requirements of the Return Instructions above and this Shipping & Returns Policy, we will process your returned order within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). If, for any reason, we are not able to process your return with 2 business days of receipt of the returned items we will contact you via email and notify you of the expected processing time. All refunds are credited using your original payment method from your original order. Lynne M. White is not liable for the additional processing time needed by the credit card company to post the credit back to your account.
