Like cement is to the foundation of a building, so is efficiency to the foundation of a business. The right formula makes the cement strong, sturdy and durable for what gets built on top. The right efficiency mix does the same for a business, if it’s’ tended to regularly with the tides of the business.

In business, I believe the foundation is key. A business can grow only as big as that foundation will hold. Without the continual adjustments in efficiency at a fundamental level, it’s foundation grows weak and in time things become harder, people work longer hours, and frustration feeds struggle. In many cases, it’s not even that obvious and when it’s realized it’s too late. 
Eventually, the business will crumble. Don’t think that’s true? Scan the news from the past few years and you will see the house of cards that destroyed the health and survival of many businesses and people.

You bet. It’s for everyone and any business, because we all operate at some level of efficiency or we would not be alive or in business. We all know it’s so easy to get wrapped up in the day-to-day tides of business and let your eye drift away from the fundamentals – the foundation of the business and suring it up with those ebb-n-flows.
